This resource contains a 100 question PowerPoint sports quiz. It is an ideal, ready-to-go resource for an end of term / end of year quiz, for use in tutor time and for PE. Each question has three possible answers for the pupils to choose from. The quiz can be administered in a variety of ways - to individuals or teams. The answers can be found by clicking on the question mark image on each slide. Answers can be given either as you go through the quiz or at the end. An answer sheet is provided to allow individuals/teams to record their answers. In archery what colour is the centre of the target? How many hurdles are in the 100-metre hurdle race? In which sport do you wear a plastron? In which sport would you find a sliotar? What colour cap do the goalkeepers wear in water polo? In which sport would you find a loose head? Which sport can only be played right-handed? Who was the first gymnast to score a perfect 10 in Olympic history? Cross country, riding, swimming, fencing … what is missing?
