The other half completes the revision questions under exam questions. Alternatively, depending on the ability of the half group, they can be taught a new topic which they in turn can then teach the other half of the class later in the lesson or on another occasion. Students - even the most challenging! - seem to like the responsibility of looking after their friends’ learning.
