Word cards could be cut out and used as flashcards or could be kept on the sheets for children to practice reading like they read in the Phonics Screening Check. These cards are suitable for consolidating learning across all phonics schemes. Provided as a PDF so that formatting is not messed up.

Here is a 119 page document filled with word cards for each of the Phase 3 and 5 graphemes. Each sound has a set of cards for both real and alien words using sounds previously taught. All alien words have an image of an alien to alert the children. Cards are prefect for having in sets in the classroom to revisit as needed, intervention groups, whole class teaching, provision tasks, sending home for homework practice or even cutting up and attaching to keyrings to use in and around the classroom / home as needed.
