If you have been learning about Galgos then you will know how important it is to find them homes where they can be looked after and loved as part of a family. Use this activity with younger children to create ‘WANTED’ posters for family homes for our rescued galgos. Older children can create campaign posters to raise awareness of the plight of the galgo, and to help stop galgos being ill-treated and abandoned. Visit www.education.greyhoundsinneed.co.uk for our full range of teaching resources and activities, which can be used to support English as a foreign language in Spanish schools or the teaching of Spanish to UK pupils.
