I have put together a lesson drop in form that focuses on the areas of a deep dive. This allows you to: Check whether your curriculum intention is known and followed within your department. Make a judgement of how effective your curriculum implementation is within your team. Assess whether the intended impact is taking place in lessons. Identify positives from lessons. Address areas for improvement. This drop in form supports you as leaders (and teachers!) in conducting drop-ins to ensure your teams are deep dive ready. You can use this alongside my other deep dive resources to support you.

I have put together a Student Voice Feedback Form for use in lessons across the Key Stages. Ofsted are keen to gain the opinion of students in lessons when it comes to where the students are currently at in their curriculum, what they have learned previously and how lessons link to previous parts of the curriculum. They also gain insights into student likes and dislikes in lessons and this gives you as a Middle or Senior Leader the tools to practice this scenario with students and gain an insight yourself when conducting learning walks.
