For GCSE + iGCSE English Language exams, you have to be good at reading and be
able to understand what you’ve read on a deep level (we call this ‘comprehension’).
Equally, for the creative writing questions, you will be so much better at writing stories or descriptions if you have a lot of experience with reading.
So, the best way to improve your reading skills is, of course, to read, read and read
some more! Develop your reading habits, figuring out which genres and writers you
love, then delving deeper into their work over time.
