Numbers to 20 Clip Cards

These clip cards are a great way for students to practice recognizing numbers to 20 including diennes (base ten) and ten frames. 40 cards are included; each card has three possible answers. Students select the correct answer by clipping a clothespin, peg or paper clip to it. I like to laminate these cards so students can simply circle the correct answer using a dry erase marker. This works great as a tough spot activity. Alternatively, you can print these on paper to hand out to your class at the end of the lesson; pupils circle the correct answer and hand in as a great exit ticket or plenary to the lesson. Initial Sound Clip Cards

(0)
Here are over 60 clip cards for initial sounds. This is a great phonics activity for early years or for some key stage 1 pupils. It encourages children to hear the initial sound in a CVC word. Once the initial sound is established children can then blend and read the word. This is great in a tough spot for continuous provision or as a table top activity. I like to laminate these as they can be used with clips or with dry erase felt tips. Maths Working Wall Boho Colours

Maths working walls are an essential in a primary classroom. Here are the headings needed to create a cute working wall within a boho inspired classroom. Included: -Boho look bunting which says maths working wall -headings which say: we are learning to, vocabulary, examples of work, top tips for excellent work, WAGOLL, challenge and questions. -Numbers 0-20: one number per card. Each card has the number in digits, a ten frame and the written word. The bunting lettering is in bold capital letters and says maths working wall. Also included is a bunting flag with an apple and another with a sweet little chalk board. The headings have a large space to write under them. I laminate these and then use a white board marker to write and wipe as needed throughout the topic. I reuse them again and again. So once the board is set up it’s very easy to change and add to as often as required. I have this same display but in bright stripes if you’re after something more colourful. A traditional birthday display chart in both English and Spanish. I page per month. I laminate each page and use a white board marker to write the children’s names and day. For example, 5th John or 16th Samantha. Once you’ve done this you can just wipe them off at the end of the year and reuse the birthday chart again year after year.
