If you are an LSA, TA or support staff member in a school then these worksheets could be a valuable aid in the sessions you have with your students. Sleep hygiene is explained in an accessible and friendly way through **two worksheet tasks. ** Worksheet one contains an activity for students to identify what are ‘helpful’ and ‘unhelpful’ for a good nights sleep. Worksheet two contains an example activity, allowing students to apply their learning from worksheet one in a practical way. There are also prompt sheets freely available with this resource that can provide points of conversation for the staff member facilitating these activities as well as a guide on what is and is not a healthy habit before sleeping.
