A range of tasks around summaries and short key extracts from the text. Tasks include: storyboarding, comprehension questions, costume designs, identifying characters, drawing stage plans, analysing simple techniques in extracts, annotating excerpts with notes to actors, etc.
I’ve used this booklet with LA year 7 in particular over 18 years and it has always provided a useful framework around which to teach the text.
