This is a terms planning for a mixed ability class. I swapped lesson 6 to lesson 5, the broad beans took off and I was able to show the students germination. Students gently held the seeds, and discussed the small shoot and the roots, this helped consolidate their learning. The students then re-planted their seeds.
I also had the pleasure of leading Forest Schools, students discovered habitats discussed food chains.
Seeds should cost no more than a £1 Sunflower & Broad bean.
Lessons include starters, hooks plus plenaries and may i say differentiation!
A fab term learning was achieved :).
******This bundle includes 6 lessons with 24 resources - Happy Teaching

I made this to explain to my students who is the Prime Minister, what the role of the Prime Minister is, and to explain what a law is in simple context. The learning objective is to explain what the government does.
Independent and groups tasks. Plenary at the end.
Use of images to help understanding.
One task includes separating silly laws and real laws will include the hand out.
This PowerPoint will cover the whole lesson.
Six lessons with videos and will include a couple PowerPoints to make life easier. I pulled the topic from the Science Primary Guide, to ensure I was meeting the correct expectations by topic. Loved teaching this topic, the students enjoyed the videos, and you will be surprised what the students already know. I took my students outside and on rainy days and days when we explored the oceans we created aquariums or matched words to the correct life in the ocean.
1: Life in the ocean
2: To recognise a variety of birds.
3: To recognise the differences between an amphibian and a reptile.
4: To recognise different types of minibeasts.
5: To recognise the difference between herbivores, carnivores.
6: To recognise differences between animals teeth.

I could not add my starter games (sorry) they are off Twinkl. The ideas are there, and games such as i went to the shop and bought… so simple yet engaging and fun, found interviews questions also to be fun, just write prompt cards.

I hope this helps save teachers time.
