It is essential that pupils have a great understanding of vocabulary that will appear within all four skills. It is also essential that the vocabulary is embedded in an engaging and meaningful way. All sub-topics within the General Vocab list are covered either by word searches, crosswords, match up activities, missing letters, word clouds, word mazes, scrambled letter puzzles or gap-fills and two versions of a General Vocab book are provided.
