Here is a character chart for Of Mice and Men with an example already done. Students list the character, their physical appearance, personality and behaviour. Students can also expand on this by using quotes from the book. Secondly their are resources for students to create statements about the characters using emotion cards (please see page 3).

This is a reading log for ks3 pupils, pupils complete set activities designed on a chapter by chapter basis. For example students are asked to design a postcard for your mum as if you were in Camp Green Lake. My students really enjoyed the activities.
