Get ready to hop into some serious revision this Easter with our exciting and engaging activity!
Consisting of three stages, our activity challenges students to utilise their previous task answers to progress through each stage.
The first stage involves a maze, where students must navigate their way through a mixed revision grid to end up at the correct number to take forward.
In the second stage, a number trail awaits, where students must use their mathematical skills to solve a ‘newspaper style’ number problem and continue to the next stage.
The final stage, Mixed revision Code Breaker, and they decipher the code to reach the end of the activity.
For an added layer of excitement, you can also offer a fourth stage, where students can use their answers from the first two stages to unlock a padlock and reveal a special Easter surprise. This extra challenge adds to the competition and makes the activity a little be more competition and exciting!
With a duration of approximately one hour, the activity can be adjusted to suit the ability level of each student.
