PE & Games Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Contract Term: Full time hours, fixed term one-year contract (potential for a permanent contract may be available)

 

We are wishing to appoint an enthusiastic and well-motivated PE & Games Teacher to cover a period of Maternity Leave. This post will join an innovative, dynamic and highly successful team who are instrumental in inspiring our children and preparing them for the next steps in their educational development.

 

The successful candidate will be creative and passionate about teaching. You will have a passion for engaging with children in physical activity, health and well-being.  Strengths in Netball and Hockey would be desirable. You will manage the effective delivery of an outstanding curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning at all times.  

 

A competitive salary will be dependent upon experience and qualifications and will follow the school’s own salary scale.

Milton Keynes Preparatory School is a mixed, independent, non-denominational school located in central Milton Keynes, with an integrated nursery.  It is part of a group of local schools that includes a pre-prep and an environmental studies centre.

Milton Keynes Preparatory School was established in 1975 and moved into its current building in 1987, where facilities include a modern ICT suite.
