This is the third which is part of the unit on Beliefs in Society. This lesson teaches the sociological arguments FOR and AGAINST secularisation, through interactive quizzes, articles and activities. There is plenty of opportunities for paired/group activities. To help students prepare for an assessment on this topic there are two exam questions at the end of the lesson. This lesson if delivered part of the wider scheme of work for Beliefs in Society, would follow on from L2. Religion and social change which is available as an individual lesson or as a discounted bundle in the shop! To continue the scheme of work, the next topic is L4.
