Sociology Family Revision A set of revision sheets for the full Families & Households topic for Paper 2 of AQA Sociology A Level. These notes are concise and intended for revision of key points, written for the AQA Sociology A Level specification 7191/7192 taught from September 2017. There are 13 sheets including; Functionalist perspective, Marxist perspective, Feminist perspectives, Postmodern perspective, Personal Life perspective, Demography, Changing Patterns, Family Diversity and Social Policy. In the pack there is both a colour and black and white version so you can print according to your preference.

Biopsychology Revision Task Cards Biopsychology revision task cards are a set of 40 task cards incorporating 6 different skills including: Multiple Choice Questions Fill in the Gaps Label the Diagrams Finish the Evaluation Paragraph Short Answer Exam Questions QR Research Designed for the AQA Psychology A Level and it incorporates both Year 1 and Year 2 content. Each type of card has a picture on it to make it easy to to keep organised. Each card is individually numbered to correspond to the student answer sheets that are provided with illustrations. It also includes a full set of teacher answers. These cards make a nice change from the usual worksheets or exam papers that you might use in your lessons. They can be set up as individual workstations for groups to work round (timed if you like!) or you could divide them up so each group gets a variety of tasks. Alternatively, you could run it as a competition for who can complete as many task cards correctly or divide them up according to the differentiated skills! This type of biopsychology revision helps to make a difficult topic more fun for students and, if you laminate them, they can be used year after year for new classes!

Close Reading Animal Passages Tiger This close reading passage is on the topic of tigers and is suitable for key stage 1 pupils. It will develop your pupils’ comprehension skills as well as understanding and information retrieval skills. It includes: A non fiction passage (2 per slide for less printing) A set of three sheets for differentiation; one sheet focuses primarily on drawing what they learnt by picking out extracts from the text, the second asks students to reflect on what they have learnt and the third focuses more on vocabulary and deeper understanding.
