L/O: To construct a line graph of the world’s population and describe what it shows. C/O : To create a line graph of the world’s population explaining and analysing what it is showing. The first lesson in a Scheme of work on Population for Ks3. The Powerpoint Presentation contains all of the activities with challenges and sentence starters to help differentiate. The Worksheets can also be used as a template for pupils. I do not give higher ability pupils any template, but instead give them graph paper.
