I have created this Quiz for my Year 11 students. I just wanted to make Revision Days a little bit more fun and less serious. I have created this escape room for the end of year, to still be able to have students working but to do something a bit more fun with them. I am going to use it with year 12 but it would be good revision at the start of year 13 as well. The escape room has 10 puzzles that students have to solve. Give them the first one and check that they have the correct code, then keep giving them in order as they complete each one. This is a lesson I have created for my GCSE students to get familiar with the role play task. To begin with, we look at question words and their translation into English. Then, I explain to them the difference between qué and cuál, which is often confunsing for them. Afterwards, students attempt 5 different role plays on a mix of different topics. This lesson includes a starter, plenary and homework task. The file is a PPT so it is completely editable. All answers and model answers embedded in PPT.
