Athletics - How To Measure Throwing Events (Discus / Javelin / Shot Put) - is a set of three help cards (JPEGS) that I produced using SMART Notebook in order to help colleagues / students measure their throws accurately. The cards can also be exported in other file formats if required, using the attached SMART Notebook file.
