This pack contains the planning ideal for a mixed Year 1/2 class. This pack contains: weekly Maths and English planning, some phonics and guided reading, some weekly notebook files and a few topic plans. This planning is ready to pick up and use. There are sections from Harry potter and Alice in Wonderland for comprehension and analysis. Also included the next round of alphabet synonyms. It includes a section revising apostrophes, specifically looking at contractions and omitted letters. More metalanguage. Prepositions. 2 x extracts and comprehension questions on Pole 2 Pole by Michael Palin. A section on voice - active and passive and 1st/2nd/3rd person in storytelling. There are also the usual suspects - spelling lists, dictionary tasks, self-assessment and extended writing.
