Reading targets in stages for children to stick in their books.

A collection of different planning documents I have used-from individual subjects to topics, single lessons to whole weeks. Often change my formats- to find one that works. Thought it be good to share so others can get ideas.

Objectives for each area of the KS1 and KS2 maths curriculum. All of the year on one sheet, separated into the 3 terms. Hope these are useful to see how all objectives fit as well as progression through the years.

Year 4 maths planning similar to my year 1 free plan. Again has space for weeks etc. Could be used as long term or medium term plans.

Title and examples of connectives for different categories- e.g. contrast, emphasis etc I have used this resource in a number of schools sometimes as an underground map sometimes as a city. I label the train lines/roads according to the types of connectives. Children love using it.

The first ppt I use when teaching Ancient Egypt. May need more than one session. Includes thinking about what we already know etc and completing a KWL chart. This celebration originated in Mexico. It is a celebration of those family and friends who have passed on. This is NOT the same as Halloween! the celebration occurs on the 1st and 2nd November. People decorate shrines or gravestones with paper chains and yellow flowers. Includes an activity- a selection of masks for the children to colour/decorate.
