Hi I have been a middle leader in schools for 32 years mostly head of year and PSHE lead. I have been through many OFSTEAD and ISI inspections and prepared the systems and paperwork for whole school PSHE inspections. I love running PSHE and keeping up to date with teaching material so the schools is inline with the changes to RSE in 2020 and anticipating the next lot of changes Sept 2023. My main teaching subject is Art and having taught at 5 schools in 32 years I have consistently raised the results in all my classes ; in one schools from 23% C(4) and above to 89% in first year then consistently high for the next 4 years. I have also been a moderator for AQA 7 years for design Technology then Art and Design. I am an enthusiastic and driven to get the students the grade they deserve despite themselves! Coursework is often a pain for them and motivating boys is hard! My material makes sure they tick all the right boxes to get the higher grade with only the right work not waffle.
