This play script has been written based on the F. L Baum story of The Wonderful Wizard of OZ. This is suitable to be performed in upper stages of primary/early secondary. I have adapted the script to make the performance approximately 1 hour 15 mins if you include songs at the suggested points in the song. I have also included a list of characters required, costume plot and song plot. Due to the licensing surrounding the film and music from it, it is suggested you select other appropriate songs to suit the storyline. This is a super choice for a school drama group or club to perform as a school show. It’s well known and popular with audiences and performers alike and this version gives the school a lot more autonomy over the musical elements or can be used as a play only. This worksheet is designed for introducing basic facts about pupils, alongside common french vocabulary work - the sheet has an accompanying vocab reminder card for pupils to use when filling it in. This can be purchased as part of a bundle.

These assessments have been designed to suit any infant stages at end of year. This provides good information for passing on to next teacher and transition between stages. Also, these can be used by the next stage teacher at the beginning of the year to gauge what the pupils have retained over the summer. The Literacy assessment should be of use to anyone working with a phonics programme, especially with Jolly Phonics. There are also sections for assessing spelling, letter formation, sentence structure, blending and decoding and tricky word recognition. This is fully editable so that if you have taught some different tricky/high frequency words, these can be changed to suit the teaching. The Maths and Numeracy assessment covers the following areas; Number recognition and formation to 20, addition within 20, subtraction within 10, coin recognition, 2D and 3D shape recognition, number words, O'clock times. This fun and easy to use board game is designed for pre school and early Primary level children. It aims to develop numeracy skills whilst allowing children the experience of playing a game independently. The game is designed on A3, so make sure your photocopier settings are correct. The Famous Inventors Project is one that aims to bring Enterprise in Education together with other curricular areas, focusing on S.T.E.A.M. The purpose of the project is for children to learn about Famous Inventors, select a famous and life changing invention to redevelop and design for use in the future then develop and run a mock business to make and market their product. The project culminates in a day of presentations and pitches, allowing the children to demonstrate their learning over the course of the project. This project not only meets many of the experiences and outcomes of the CfE/NC, but can help children develop towards the four capacities, as well as giving a real and relevant context to their learning with a perceivable goal to work towards.
