Starter activity consists of a card sort, sorting teddy bears with various words on into A-Z order. Students are then asked a series of questions based on the Teddy Bear Picnic theme to support them with a descriptive writing piece. Questions focus around grammar and punctuation in terms of capital letters, commas, full stops, exclamation marks and question marks. Card sort will need cutting after it is printed. Activities can be adjusted to suit various levels of learner.
