There is also a document with cards for the activity, which you can cut out, or ask the students to cut out and arrange relating to things you can control and things you cannot control when it comes to relationships and other people.

This PowerPoint also includes activities for learners to think about their own challenges and mindset. It introduces the idea of a Challenge Mindset and traits of resilient people.

A PowerPoint for introducing Customer Service Skills. This can be used with the Customer Service Scenario card activity as it indicates the use of them in the PowerPoint - you can take these out if you do not wish to use them.

This is a little activity to get learners thinking about the pros and cons of working for yourself. In groups, they discuss what they think would be a positive and what would be a negative. They can use them as discussion prompts, or to rate the positives from least important to most important. These activities are great opportunities for generating discussion and debate among the learners.
