We all require a good template at times to showcase key data. This resource identifies key areas of data relating to individual student behaviour that can be used to present key findings to a Line Manager, school Governors or indeed OfSTED. It can be tweeked to suit the kind of data required and the way in which behaviour is tracked in your school.

I have used each of these tasks for SLT interviews in Special Education and they had proved invaluable. Middle Leaders are the real drivers of school improvement; they are the heartbeat and engine room of a school and we need to ensure they are fully supported. This 2 hour training session was delivered to the Middle Leadership Team across the Service, as a starting point for a real focus on their development and it was received very well by the team. The session initially focuses on the meaning of leadership and the characteristics of good middle leaders, alongside the difference between management and leadership. It then moves to focus on the role of the middle leader and expectations for their role in schools as well as potential training needs for further development. Feedback on the interactive session was very positive.

A useful tool/template that can be completed by students in year 9 - 11, to help them track future career plans and identify the steps they need to take in order for them to achieve their goal. Help students answer three key questions: Where are they now? Where do they want to be in 5 years time? What do they need to do to get there?

An 8 week module for KS3/KS4 or for students in Alternative Provision. There is a focus on how students develop their own self respect, alongside how respect should be shown for others. A Behaviour Risk Assessment that can be used for targeted students in any provision, but more especially in Special Education and Pupil Referral Units. A clear and precise template to identify risk and associated interventions that support targeted students.

A Mini module for students to help them reflect upon their behaviour; it is ideally suited for 1-1 intervention work, although it has been delivered in class, as part of a life skills programme. The module is based on training in basic behaviour management for staff that I delivered, which I turned on its head to help students reflect upon their actions, by putting them in the shoes of the teacher. The resource is part of the behaviour management series I have added here that includes, ‘Positive Teacher Language for Behaviour Incidents’, 'Using Appropriate Questions to Re-focus Students and Behaviour Support Packs 1 and 2.

This bullying resource includes: An initiative that can be used to tackle bullying in school - bullying levels. A bullying contract that can be used with students who are frequent bullies An exemplar letter that can be sent to parents to help with paper trail regarding any bullying incident The bullying levels are used to help discourage bullying in school alongside appropriate consequences for those who do bully. For students who are frequent bullies, there is a bullying contract that can be used to further discourage this kind of behaviour and this could be used in conjunction with a parental meeting. Alongside this is an exemplar of a bullying letter that can be sent to parents.

The I.B.P. is an in-depth document for recording and tracking student behaviour. It is a supportive document that collates a range of evidence on the student and identifies a range of strategies and interventions to support improvements. This is an individually designed IBP that has been used alongside other Pastoral Support Programmes and which has been used to help provide evidence in both EHCP Review meetings and PEP’s.

A range of Support/Worskheets for any KS3 and KS4 Relationships and Sex Education Modules that align with new Government guidance. Each of the resources are linked to the modules for RSE I have written, however I have removed some of the work/support sheets from them and added them to this bundle, as many schools will already have their schemes of work in place for this subject. Pick and choose from a helpful range of RSE resources to suit your needs in the classroom.

A useful Self-Assessment sheet that can be used in Careers lessons to track personal skills and work completed during the careers module: Can be adapted to a range of different subjects where it will prove to be a useful end of module/topic self-assessment record for the student and the teacher

A mini-module that I wrote for Life Skills lessons in my role as Head of a PRU. It challenges the students to reflect upon using more appropriate language in and around the school site and to look at alternatives to the inappropriate words students would often use. This resource can be slotted in at any stage to a PSHE, Life Skills or Citizenship Programme.

The Attendance Support Plan Template can be used as a higher level intervention, to support improvements in student attendance and to identify key attendance data that can be used with parents and the child, so that what is required for improvement, is shared by all and is represented in one clear document.

This in-depth 10-12 week module can be delivered as part of any Life Skills or PSHE Programme in upper primary or lower KS3 age groups. Are you looking to review job descriptions or to re-define the role of your Tutor Teams? This resource identifies in full what are considered the key roles for the Form Tutor on a day-to day basis. This resource can be used by member of SLT to reinforce, or indeed re-invent the expectations for form tutors in your establishment. I originally wrote this for my school as the Tutor Period was re-introduced and it identified the guidance as to the expectations for the new role.

All staff require appropriate training - this resource is the transcript and task notes for a short training session I delivered to Lunch Time Supervisors and Play Leaders. It contains information on assertiveness training and basic Behaviour Mangement tips for Lunch Time staff.

This question bank fits nicely with supporting the writing of a Career Personal Statement (See booklet as part of my resources). It allows for reflection and wider career management by asking key questions about a students aspirations and future.
